Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. PRABU.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10629 of 2022, dated 26.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10629 of 2022, dated 26.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month i.e., on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders and the other petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
