ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 348 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also taking into consideration the objections raised by the respondent in the counter affidavit, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 348 days, however, on payment of costs.
