ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 129 days in filing the above Writ Appeal. 2.Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners. 3.Mr.M.Jerin Mathew, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent has no objection for condoning the delay.
