Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Principal Subordinate Court, Madurai to dispose of E.P. No.221 of 2016 in O.S.No.113 of 2004, within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court, dated 06.01.2023, and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal Subordinate Court, Madurai vide letter D.No.2263/2023, dated 11.08.2023, this Court made the following order:

By an order dated 06.01.2023, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai was directed to dispose E.P.No.221 of 2016 in O.S.No.113 of 2004 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Now, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, by his letter dated 11.08.2023 bearing reference D.No.2363, has requested a further extension of time to dispose of the E.P. In the said letter dated 11.08.2023, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai has given reasons for non-disposal of the E.P.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the letter dated 11.08.2023, the time for disposal of the E.P. is extended by three months. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS II) // True Copy // 31/08/2023 Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) To The Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai.
