ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 357 and 351(3) of BNS (hereinafter referred to as new penal code) in Crime No.300 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition that was filed by the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18167 of 2024 was dismissed as withdrawn by order, dated 22.10.2024.

3.This Court carefully went through the 164 Cr.P.C statement that has been recorded from the victim boy and on reading the same, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
