O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was initiated in C.S.R.700/2019 and the counter parties, namely, Subramanian, Pasumbal and Manoharan were summoned. During the enquiry, the parties have agreed to approach the concerned Civil Court. Based on which, the petitioner has also not pressed the complaint given by her and that the enquiry has been closed. 2.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
