Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2019 regarding her appointment to the post of anganwadi worker in any one the Anganwadi Centre situated at Ottapidaram Region, Tuticorin District, within a stitpulated time For Petitioner : Mr.P.Banuprasath For Respondents : Mr.S.Dhayalan, Government Advocate

ORDER

Alleging non compliance of the order made in WP(MD)No.12157 of 2019 dated 15.05.2019, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.The petitioner filed the above writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2019 to appoint her to the post of Anganwadi Worker in any one of the Anganwadi Centre situated at Ottapidaram Region, Tuticorin District within a time frame. Having regard to the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider his representation dated 03.05.2019, this Court by order dated 15.05.2019, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directed the respondent to consider the above representation of the petitioner and to pass orders within eight weeks.

Contempt Petition(MD)No.1832 of 2019 3.Today, the learned Government Advocate would produce the order dated 30.10.2019 passed by the respondent and stated that as per the orders of this Court in the above writ petition, the representation of the petitioner was considered and final order has been passed by the respondent and the same was also communicated to the petitioner and she has received the copy of the order. 4.In view of the order dated 30.10.2019 passed by the respondent, the contempt petition is closed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, she has to challenge the said order in the manner known to law.
