Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MURUGESAN.M, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19060 of 2022, dated 27.10.2022.

4.Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19060 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, on receipt of summons.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
