2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complied with the condition as ordered by this Court, dated 05.12.2022.

3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. He would further submit that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already bee filed before the concerned Court and the same is not taken on file.

CRL MP(MD) No.15013 of 2022 4.In view of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19673 of 2022, dated 08.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police or concerned Court as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
