PRAYER : Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure, to withdraw the H.M.O.P.NO.382 of 2022 on the file of learned Family Court, Nagercoil, Camp at Padmanabhapuram and transfer the same to the learned Subordinate Court, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District.

ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.382 of 2022 pending on the file of Family Court, Nagercoil, Camp at Padmanabhapuram to Sub Court, Aruppukkottai.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife, the wife is a permanent resident of Aruppukkottai and the husband has filed the above H.M.O.P.No.382 of 2022 on the file of Family Court, Nagercoil, Camp at Padmanabhapuram and she finds it difficult to travel on every occasion to attend hearings in Family Court, Nagercoil.
3. That apart, the wife has filed H.M.O.P.No.182 of 2022 on the file of Sub Court, Aruppukkottai for divorce.
4. Though the respondent/husband has been served, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel.
5. Considering the above said facts, H.M.O.P.No.382 of 2022 on the file of Family Court, Nagercoil, Camp at Padmanabhapuram is 2/4
hereby withdrawn and transferred to Sub Court, Aruppukkottai, Virudhunagar District to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.182 of 2022.
6. With the above said direction, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
