ORDER
The Petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct field survey on the basis of the Petitioner's representation, dated 2.10.2021 in his patta land in S.No. 7/3 in Pidaripatti Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District with the aid of the fourth respondent Police within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Sepcial Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the Petitioner's land cannot be surveyed, as the land sought to be surveyed is in possession of a third party, who is doing agricultural activities in the said land. 4.

5.With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
