ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by an Aided Minority School seeking a Mandamus to approve the appointment of two Secondary Grade Teachers and one Craft Teacher.
2. The petitioner School has sent a proposal on 21.08.2023 and the same is pending with the first respondent herein.
3. Considering the said facts, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the proposal sent by the petitioner School, dated 21.08.2023 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
