ORDER
The instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging Notification No.12 of 2019, dated 28.08.2019 and 04.10.2019, issued by the third respondent.
2.Heard both sides.
3.At this juncture, the learned standing counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the impugned notification has already been withdrawn, vide the press release of the third respondent dated 02.12.2022 and has produced a copy of the same. 2/4
4.In view of the above withdrawal of the notification, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed, however the question of law is left open. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
