RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 2017 days to filing a restoration petition to set aside the order of dismissing the Writ Petition for the non prosecution against the petitioner/petitioner in WP(MD)No.2580 of 2006 on 18.08.2011.

PRAYER IN WP(MD)No.2580 of 2006 To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other writ or appropriate order and call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 09.12.2005 passed in C.P.No.18 of 1999 and quash the same and in consequence thereof direct the 2nd respondent/management to pay a sum of Rs.1,07,000/- to the petitioner with interest.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.MATHESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.E.ILANGO, Advocate on behalf of the 2nd Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/-, in favour of 'Sidha Clinic' Account No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Branch, Madurai.
