ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time " and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 01.12.2022 and the the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi in D.No.1612 dated 06.11.2023 through the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi in D.No.2896/2023/A1, dated 16.11.2023 seeking further extension of one month time to dispose the case in D.V.No.53 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi, this Court made the following order:- 1/3

Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 01.12.2022, directed the learned Judicial Magistrate to dispose of D.V.C.No.53 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

3. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi, has submitted a requisition dated 06.11.2023 through the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi, stating that the case stands posted for respondent's side further evidence and seeks one month further time to dispose of the case.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, one month further time is granted to dispose of D.V.C.No.53 of 2022 from today.
