Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The only request made by the petitioner is that the petition mentioned review petition should be disposed of. No exception can be taken to the said request.
3.The respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned review petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass order one way or the other.
