ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Crl.MP.No.3 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.6 of 2022 on the file of the Learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirapalli, dated 27.10.2022 and set aside the same as illegal by allowing the Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that for the past one year, he is in custody. The appeal has been preferred before the appellate Court on the ground that there was no identification parade.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that appeal is pending before the appellate Court, it was posted for hearing on 06.01.2023 for final disposal, since the appeal is going to be taken up by the appellate Court, considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence by allowing this Revision Case. 2/4

4. The appellate Court is directed to complete the hearing process to dispose of the case within three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

5. In the above said direction, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
