PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute involving the petitioner in the matter of civil dispute and to direct 3rd respondent not harass the petitioner.

For Petitioner :Mr.R.Senthil Kumar For Respondents :Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar 1 to 3 Government Advocate (Crl. Side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute involving the petitioner in the matter of civil dispute and to direct 3rd respondent not harass the petitioner. 2.Based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, enquiry is undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and no statement has been given by the petitioner to that effect. At the time of vacating premises, an advance amount, that was received by him was paid. 2/5

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he disclosed all the particulars to the third respondent. 4.It appears that issue is between the landlord and tenant over payment of the advance paid and refund the amount at the time of vacation. Let the above said complaint be closed, by advising both the parties to work out his remedy through appropriate civil process.
