ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in connection with Crime No.1075 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has already been filed on 02.12.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
