ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner challenges the election of the fifth respondent. The fifth respondent and his colleagues were elected way back in the year 2022. Three years is already over. The petitioner will have to challenge the petition mentioned election only before the jurisdictional Civil Court. In writ proceedings, the remedy cannot be obtained. Even recourse to civil Court may now be barred by limitation. However, if the petitioner chooses to file a civil suit, the period spent in prosecuting this writ petition will be excluded under Section 14 of the Limitation Act. 2/4

3.With the aforesaid liberty to the writ petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
