O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with the impugned FIR in Crime No.70 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, investigation was completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the trial Court. Hence, no further orders are required in this petition.
