ORDER

This petition is filed to to punish the contemnor / respondent for her wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in WP(MD).No.15853 of 2022, dated 21.07.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is purely money transaction between the parties and that the civil suit is pending before the court concerned Court. Hence, the complaint was closed stating that they have to work out the remedy in the pending suit itself.

3. In view of the said submission nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. 03.04.2023 NCC :
