Heard both sides.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that survey had already been conducted and the matter had become infructuous.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent reiterated that she has no claim on the writ petitioner's property which is comprised in Survey No.5/5A.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
