ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. It is not in dispute that the surplus weir shutters put up by the department is in consonance with the civil Court's decree. The grievance of the petitioner is that after complying with the order of this Court, the third respondent had unlawfully opened the shutter letting the water thereby go through Kallikulam tank. If that be so, it is for the petitioner to work out his rights in the manner known to law. I am satisfied that the order of this Court made on 13.10.2023 in W.P.(MD)No.25018 of 2023 has not been breached.
