ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the investigation of FIR No.37 of 2022 dated 23.01.2022 on the file of the fourth respondent and transfer the same to the any of the respondents 2 or 3. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that during the pendency of this petition, investigation was completed in FIR No.37 of 2022 and final report is going to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a request before this Court that this Court may issue direction to the third respondent to file charge sheet within a time stipulated by this Court. 4.Considering the same, the third respondent is directed to file charge sheet before the concerned Court within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
