ORDER

Heard Mr.I.Pinaygash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Rajeswari for Mr.S.M.S.Johny Basha, learned standing counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide electricity service connection to the petitioner's Dwelling House in Survey No.683/18, Thuckalay, Kanniyakumari District by considering his representation dated 28.08.2019.

3. Upon notice, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that already electricity service connection has been effected to the petitioner's residence vide Service Connection No.1433.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also acknowledges the same.

5. In view of the compliance of the relief, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
