ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner's case is that the first respondent has not considered the petition mentioned representation. It is not in dispute that the petitioner has executed the sale deed in question in favour of the third respondent. The petitioner's grievance is that the third respondent did not pay the sale consideration and cheated the petitioner. If that be so, this may not furnish the cause of action for the first respondent to act in the matter. The petitioner can invoke the criminal law. He can also move the jurisdictional civil Court for appropriate relief. The administrative authority is not available in a case of this nature. Leaving open the civil and criminal remedies of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
