ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 794 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has got no objection and also considering the long delay in filing, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 794 days, however, on costs.

3.Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. 4.Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post it 'for admission' in the usual course.
