ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N. ANAND VENKATESH,J.) This petition was filed by the wife of the detenu on the ground that her husband was illegally taken away by the police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenu was arrested in Crime No.821 of 2022 by the Thallakulam Police Station on 30.11.2022 and he was remanded to judicial custody.

3.In view of the above, the custody of the detenu cannot be stated to be illegal and hence, no orders can be passed in the Habeas Corpus Petition and the same stands closed.
