PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Seniority Panel List fit for promotion to the post of Head Master, Primary School, for the year 2018-2019 issued by the 3rd Respondent and consequential impugned promotion order issued by the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.5198/B3/2019, dated 19.11.2019 in favour of the 5th Respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to promote the petitioner as Head Master of Primary School by considering his seniority w.e.f. 19.11.2019 with all attendant and monetary benefits and for other reliefs.
