This petition is filed to condone the delay of 210 days in filing the above Writ Appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4, the learned counsel for the respondents 5 and 6 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 7th respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this 2/3

petition and taking into consideration that the respondents have no objection in allowing this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 210 days, however, on payment of costs.
