Respondents/Defendants Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition is filed under article 227 of the Constitution of India,to allow the Civil Revision Petition and direct the District Munsif Court, Thuraiyur, to dispose of the O.S.NO. 184 of 2015 with in a time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 09.03.2021, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in OS No.184 of 2015, with in a period of six months, and the requisition letter dated 19/10/2023 in D.No.467 of 2023, submitted by the District Munsif, Thuraiyur, this Court made the following order: This Court by order, dated 09.03.2021, passed in C.R.P.(MD)No.2310 of 2019 directed the Court of District Munsif, Thuraiyur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.184 of 2015 within a period of six months.

2. Thereafter, on several occasions time is extended. Now again the learned District Munsif, Thuraiyur, has submitted a letter bearing D.No.467/2023, dated 19.10.2023 stating the reasons for not disposal of the suit within the time stipulated by this Court and sought further three months time, in view of the reasons stated in the said letter.

3. Admittedly, the suit is pertaining to the year 2015.In spite of specific directions from this Court, the suit is not disposed of, except taking extension of time. However, considering the factual position time is extended for further period of three months from today to dispose of the suit as directed by this Court.

4. Accordingly, the time granted by this Court on 09.03.2021 shall stand extended with a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.184 of 2015 within a period of three months from today.
