O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The relief sought for in the present writ petition is misconceived. Re-surveying the land cannot be ordered by the High Court. If at all the petitioner's rights are infringed, he has to approach the competent civil court of law for establishing his civil rights. By filing a writ petition, the petitioner cannot seek for a direction for re-surveying the land.

2. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [S.M.S., J.] [A.D.M.C., J.] 07.07.2025 NCC :
