This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police not to harass 1/4

the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police registered a case as against the cousin brother of the petitioner's wife in Crime No.137 of 2022 and on that basis, they have been harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that no petition enquiry is pending as against the petitioner.
