PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent through online proceedings in the petitioner's application rejected regarding the "issuance of legal certificate" its No. TN- 720240216583 dated 16.02.2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing these above respondents to issue legal heir certificate to the petitioner.

ORDER

Challenging the rejection of issuance of legal heir ship certificate, this writ petition came to be filed.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents fairly conceded that the impugned order is wrongly passed and the petitioner's application will be considered and appropriate legal heir certificate will be issued within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. Recording the same this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen her case, if the legal heirship certificate is not issued by the authorities concerned. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
