O R D E R

Since the representation submitted by the petitioner not to permit the private respondents to put up a shed in his property in S.No.1355/1A and 1363, T.S.Ward No.2, Block No. 15, Balavinayagar Street, Avudaiyarpuram, Thoothukzudi City, was not considered, the petitioner is constrained to file the present writ petition. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 19.10.2023, it was informed that a Peace Committee Meeting was scheduled to resolve the dispute between the parties.

3.Accordingly, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) produced a copy of the Peace Committee Meeting. Perusal of the said 2/4

report reveals that in the meeting it was agreed by the parties to vacate the subject premises and in pursuant to the same, now the shed has also been removed.

4.In view of the above, nothing remains to be considered in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
