Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and filed final report before the Additional Mahila Court, Theni and the same has been taken in Spl. S.C. No. 92 of 2019 and the same has been posted for appearance of the accused on 22.12.2019. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
