This petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu stating that her husband Ganeshamoorthy, aged about 28 years, was found missing from 20.07.2022.
2.According to the petitioner, she searched for her husband at various places, but she could not trace out him. Hence, a complaint was given before the second respondent and a case has been registered in Crime No. 229 of 2022. Since the respondents have not take any action, the petitioner has come forward with the present Habeas Corpus Petition to secure his wife, the detenu herein.
3.Today, the respondent police has produced the detenu before this Court. We enquired the detenu. He stated that due to matrimonial discard, he has left to Dubai, without intimating to his family members and now he has returned and past two weeks, he is with the petitioner. 4.Recording the submissions made by the detenu, this Court finds that nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition and hence, the same is dismissed.
