PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.206 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused herein, who was arrested on 19.10.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307, 302 IPC @ 294(b), 307, 302, 120(B) IPC in Crime No. 206 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Originally the petitioner is arrayed as a fourth accused in the above said occurrence, on the basis of the confession of coaccused. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 21.11.2022, since the injured was not discharged from the hospital. The co-accused was enlarged on bail as per the order in Crl.M.P.No.4280 of 2022, dated 01.12.2022, by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram.
