ORDER

Seeking direction the learned Subordinate Judge, Usilampatti to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.228 of 2019, pending on his file within the 1/4

time stipulated by this Court, this petition has been filed. 2.But, considering the fact that the petitioner is not come under any special category to claim the priority. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that O.S.No.228 of 2019 is kept pending. For the past three years, it is kept pending, without any progress. The trial Court shall dispose of the above said interlocutory application within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, if the petitioner get any grievance, he can make request to the trial Court itself for speedy disposal.

3.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
