Joel Paul Antony, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. T. Lenin Kumar, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.R.C(MD) No.551 of 2022 dated 08.11.2022 for deposit of 50% of arrear amount to the credit of Additional Mahila Court, Trichy in D.V.O.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that 50% of the arrear amount has been deposited before the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy.

3. In view of the above deposit, this Miscellaneous petition has become infructuous.
