ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to forward the proposal, dated 19.10.2022 submitted by the District Collector to the first respondent herein to sanction the interest amount.

2. On instructions, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the second respondent has already forwarded the proposal to the first respondent herein on 27.06.2023 and the first respondent will pass orders within a reasonable time.

3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to pass orders on the proposal sent by the second respondent on 27.06.2023 within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
