The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order of suspension has been revoked vide G.O.(Rt).No.81, Public Works (A2) Department, dated 24.02.2021 and the petitioner has also been reinstated back into service. Hence, the prayer in the present writ petition has become infructuous. 2.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
