This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass final order on the enquiry initiated vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.136/E1/2022, dated 23.05.2022.

2. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard Mr.V.Muthukamatchi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.R.A.Ramachandran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for first respondents.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent on instructions submitted that the enquiry in the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.136/E1/2022, dated 23.05.2022, has been completed and the copy of the decision taken in the enquiry proceedings was also served to the petitioner on 30.11.2022. Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader has also handed over the copy to the counsel for the petitioner. 2/4

5. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to file an appeal, if he is aggrieved, in the manner known to law. No costs.
