ORDER

It is represented by Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that a settlement has been entered into between the parties on 03.04.2024 before the 1/4

Mediator, which is placed on record and shall form part and parcel of this order. It shall be incumbent upon the parties to carry out the respective obligations undertaken by them in that settlement and if there is any default, the aggrieved party may work out his remedies for its enforcement or other reliefs as may be legally entitled, before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In view of the same, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid observations. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
