Side) appearing for the respondent, police. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners in paragraph No.8 that the petitioners / accused Nos.

2 to 5 shall stay away from the place of occurrence and appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, daily at 10.30 am until further orders is hereby fully relaxed. Further, the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Court on receiving summons as directed by the trial Court.
