O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to execute the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul dated 19.10.2022 in C.C. No. 418/2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that only two days before warrant has been received by the first respondent herein and he is taking necessary steps to secure the second respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending from 2018 onwards and Non-Bailable Warrant was issued for the second time.

4. Recording the submissions made on either sides, the first respondent is directed to take necessary steps for executing Non-Bailable Warrant pending 2/4

against the second respondent within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
