2. The petitioner filed W.P(MD).No.18473 of 2022 for survey of the petition mentioned property. That writ petition was disposed of on 16.08.2022. The writ order clearly states that the jurisdictional authority can reject the request for survey, if sustainable objections have been raised. In this case, according to the respondent, such sustainable objections were raised and therefore, the petitioner's request was rejected. Challenging the rejection order, the petitioner has filed W.P(MD).No. 27929 of 2022. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt proceedings.
