The father of the minor girl has preferred a complaint on 16.11.2022 before the Colachel All Women Police Station alleging that his college going daughter aged 17 years gone missing and he suspects one Jeevimon. Even after a lapse of more than a month, the police has not traced his daughter, hence, the present habeas corpus petition is filed.

2. After admission, today, the case was listed for hearing, the petitioner appeared before this Court along with his minor daughter stating that his daughter has returned home.
