Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned suspension order issued by the fourth respondent dated 29.11.2022 and to quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequentially direct the fourth respondent to restore the service of the petitioner without any remarks.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4.
2. The petitioner questions the impugned order of suspension on the ground that it is bereft of jurisdiction. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the impugned order is proposed to be withdrawn today (02.12.2022) itself. The said submission is recorded. No further order is required. 2/4
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has not been paid salary for the last three months. If that be so, the Management is directed to ensure that the petitioner's salary arrears are disbursed forthwith and without any delay. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
